Happy & Healthy Travel Tips
In 2016, its is expected that 96% of Americans will travel. Experts believe there will be a rise in the amount of domestic travel within the United States, particularly families taking road trips this summer. Road trips can be a fun family experience, but as you may know, eating healthy on the go can sometimes be quite challenging. Often times there is not a convenient place to stop for food, and when you do stop it is unlikely that they will have nutritious items available for purchase. If they do have healthy items, they are likely very expensive.
Planning ahead is a great way to ensure you have healthy snacks available for your trip. Being prepared will allow you to minimize your time spent stopping for snack breaks and will allow you to save money at the same time. Here are the recipes featured in the video above.
Healthy On-The-Go Snacks
