    This cookbook is FANTASTIC! I already made the Creamy Coconut Milk Yogurt and the Dill and Radish Cucumber salad…and were both so delicious! This cookbook has a layout that is different from any other. It contains scientific, yet simple terminology defining Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, and step-by-step guidance to walk you through the AIP diet so you can manage chronic symptoms, heal your gut, and improve your health. It not only combines research-based data, but the clinical expertise of a Registered Dietician Nutritionist, paired with authentic and flavorful recipes carefully crafted by a Chef. The recipes are simple, easy to follow, and all AIP approved so you can pick and choose freely. What more can you ask for? Food that is good for you, actually tastes good, and heals and nourishes your body from the inside out.     I know this might seem weird and out of left field or whatever, but I just wanted to take a second and reach out to you to let you know how much your book helped me. I was diagnosed with lupus, borderline scleroderma and fibromyalgia in Jan 2019 and nothing my doctors were doing really helped me at all. I was having fainting spells, my blood pressure was regularly 155/95, for no apparent reason, my body hurt like it was on fire all of the time. I had to take a 4 month leave of absence from work and my health just crumbled around me with no explanation. My entire quality of life was basically just ripped out from under me and I *struggled*. Someone turned me on to your AIP book and since I was desperate for help where medications weren’t doing anything, the AIP diet really changed a lot for me. Your book made it super easy for me to follow this diet without it hindering my life or schedule in anyway- I have 3 kids and work full time, so ease is super important to me.

    Since being on the AIP diet for a year now, I’m working full time, my pain has been reduced by 80% most of the time and my symptoms have been largely in remission.

    I just wanted to say thanks for the work you did putting that book together because it made a significant difference in my life and I deeply appreciate it 💜

    Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thanks for your AIP diet book. I can’t believe the impact it has had on my life.
    I am a 40 year old man and have gradually started feeling less and less well for the last 10 years. Completely lost my zest for life and struggled with feeling cold, always tired, unable to exercise as the post fatigue would kill me, constant brain fog, feeling like I am literally always fighting an infection etc etc. Must admit I didn’t go to the doctors as much as I should but when I did go she said I was just getting older or stressed but I knew it was more than that.  
    I have literally tried every diet and supplement under the sun but nothing helped. I stumbled upon AIP and read other people’s stories and how it had changed their life’s. I bought your diet plan book and thought why not will give it a go. The first week was challenging especially not having coffee but I am now 2 weeks in and can’t describe how good I feel. It’s like how life was before this started over 10 years ago.
