This recipe is the nostalgic, chewy, gooey, and oh-so-cannabis-infused no-bake cookie of your adult dreams. Made even sweeter with crunchy peanut butter and marshmallows, these may be the easiest and most delicious cannabis cookies on Earth. ½cupcrunchy peanut butter, or any nut or seed butter
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupmini marshmallows
Instructions
Gather your equipment and measure your ingredients. If you haven't already, Prepare your cannabutter or cannabis coconut oil. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the cannabutter or oil, sugar, milk, and coca powder.
Bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Allow the mixture to cook for 60-seconds, stirring frequently. Turn off the heat.
Add the oats, peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the pan. Stir well, until all ingredients are well combined. Then fold in the marshmallows.
Drop the cookie mix by the spoonful onto the reserved parchment paper. Allow the cookies to harden for 30 minutes in the refrigerator or up to 1 hour at room temperature.
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature, or in the refrigerator, for up to 7 days. To freeze, store in an airtight container and place in the freezer for several months.
