Discover how easy it is to make a delicious, plant-based, vegan cannabis raspberry chocolate pudding, complete with multiple different infusion options to choose from.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed. Scoop each half into the bowl of a food processor.
Add the raspberries, cocoa powder, coconut milk, sweetener, Bliss Cooking Oil, and cinnamon to the food processor.
Pulse on high for 60-90 seconds, scraping down the edges and blend again as needed.
Garnish with more fresh berries, raw cacao nibs, or chocolate chips if desired.
Notes
Perfect dosing: Get perfect dosing when you use my Bliss Cooking Oil. Each 1mL dropper provides 2.5mg of THC and 2.5mg of CBD. This recipe makes four servings, so we used 4mL of oil to provide 2.5mg of CBD and THC per individual serving.
Berries: Feel free to use any berry you love to add variety to this recipe. Strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries also make an excellent addition. Frozen berries work, too; just thaw them first.
Sweetener: For a lower-sugar option, I prefer to add two tablespoons of a non-nutritive sweetener, like stevia or erythritol. For a traditional option, you can use ¼ cup of maple syrup or any liquid sweetener you have on hand. Honey or agave are both great options.
