Fresh, zesty, delicious cannabis guacamole made with ripe avocados, fresh cilantro, and ground, decarbed cannabis for a quick and easy edible snack or side-dish everyone will love!
Equipment
- Cutting Board
- Sharp Chef's Knife
- Mixing Bowl
- Potato Hand Masher
Ingredients
- 3 cups diced, ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1½ Tablespoons lime juice, fresh squeezed
- ⅓ cup red onion, ⅛ inch dice
- 2 Tablespoon minced jalapeño
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ gram decarbed cannabis flower
Instructions
- Add the avocado and the lime juice to a large mixing bowl and mash with a potato masher or sturdy fork until your desired consistency is achieved.
- Add the remaining ingredients from the red onion to the decarbed cannabis flower to the bowl and stir everything well to combine.
- Place the guacamole in an air-tight container and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to come together.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use hotter or milder chiles for the jalapeño.
- Fold in a ½ cup of ¼ inch diced ripe tomatoes after completion for a yummy variation.
- Add cut onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice to a food processor and pulse until broken down for a pureed, smooth guacamole. Then add all other ingredients to the food processor puree until smooth.
- I recommend using ground cannabis to infuse this recipe, but you can add 2 tablespoons of cannabis-infused oil if desired. See the above Alternative Infusion Options section above for more ideas.
