I use it for just about everything!
I like peppermint oil a lot.
Peppermint helps me with my stuffy nose and allergies so much!
I have to go with tea tree oil, because it’s the only one I have and the only one I have used.
My favorite essential oil is basil! I have had recurring ear infections for most of my life- I used to take medications all the time as a child and continued getting sick. Recently while pregnant I had an upper respiratory infection and a DOUBLE ear infection. I was able to put basil on some cotton and put in my ears and within two applications my ears finally unplugged and I got relief! Big time EO fan!!!!
I’ve only used tea tree oil, so I can’t say I have a favorite. But the tea tree works really well for helping to get rid of my colds much faster!
Hard to pick a fave, but I definitely use lavender & patchouli more than any others! ๐
